I have enjoyed many of the books on your list and have found a few to add to mine. I have two shelves full of travel narratives to be read and presently have Twenty Chickens for a Saddle by my chair. I particularly enjoy the series Travelers' Tales Guides and The Traveller's Literary Companions. Bill Bryson's In a Sunburned Country is another gem.
