In this coming-of-age novel, Veronica’s chaotic junior year in college gets even messier when her recently-divorced mother shows up, needing a place to live. Midwest book groups take note: Moriarty, who has been compared to Jodi Picoult and Elizabeth Berg, is from Kansas, and While I’m Falling is being promoted by the Midwestern Booksellers Association.
