Sneak Peek: Read This Next

I just finished an advance copy of a book I think would be just right for some book groups and facilitators. It’s Read This Next, by Sandra Newman and Howard Mittelmark. Due out in November, it’s a guide to an eclectic variety of books suitable for discussion – featuring plot summaries and nontraditional (think snarky) discussion questions.
If you enjoy irreverent humor along with your book suggestions, this will suit you just fine. I’ll be sure to give it a more comprehensive review when it’s officially out later this year, but I wanted to get it on the radar.

Thanks for the heads up. I am going to get our order in now so we can use it this fall when planning our first 6 months of book club for 2011.
